These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZipHQ, operated by Rob Richter ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ZipHQ, you agree to these Terms.
ZipHQ provides web-based job management software for moving companies, including job tracking, route planning, timesheets, and related tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for:
You must be 18 or older and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company.
ZipHQ is billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Founding member pricing is locked for life as long as the subscription remains active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
You own your data. We do not claim any ownership over job records, employee information, or any other content you enter into ZipHQ. You may export your data at any time using the Export function in your account.
Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

We aim to keep ZipHQ available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Firebase, Netlify, Stripe, Google Maps, Anthropic).
Pro plan features including the AI worksheet scanner and route planner require active API keys which are configured by ZipHQ on your behalf. Feature availability may vary if third-party API services experience outages.
ZipHQ is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
